TMS（Toyota way Management System）

TMS (Toyota way Management System) is a management program that was developed for white-collars based on TPS. It develops an innovative management based on global management thoughts and theory, and it can apply to every kind of fields (from design to production and sales).
It aims at efficient management, revitalization of people and workplace, and visualization of workplace through the thoughts of management among students, new members, leaders and executives.

TMS is a developed management based on TPS. It develops an innovative management based on global management thoughts and theory, it can apply to every kind of fields.
②TMS Certificate
TMS Certificate is a certification test that recognizes whether you can understand a management correctly and practice it or not. It evaluates and certificates whether you can utilize TMS as world common sense of values and global standards or not. TMS is developing as Global Certification. It was also adopted in major Japanese IT company and the American airplane maker.

・Practice test: A person who is appointed from among instructors of TMS&TPS Certificate Institution.
※Certification starts from Grade-4. Please ask about Grade-3 after passing Grade-4.
